Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it in accordance with the terms and conditions below, and eligible purchases will be refunded.
TERMS OF RETURN
1. The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The original receipt must accompany the returned merchandise for the refund to be processed.
3. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition, deemed unworn, have labels, or be defective to be eligible for a refund.
4. Merchandise purchased online can be exchanged regardless of category or price. However, merchandise whose stitched label has been cut or removed or whose price tag has been removed will not be accepted.
5. The original receipt is required, and the refund will be issued in the original method of payment. Purchase refunds made by credit card are made to the card used for the original order. We will exchange or credit returns for which the original method of payment is made by PayPal or gift card.
6. The merchandise will be returned at the shipper's expense.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
1. Mail the completed return form (place it inside your package) along with your original receipt and the merchandise you wish to return to the following address:

2. The payment of shipping costs, as well as the duties or taxes required for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCESS MERCHANDISE OR ERRONEOUS ORDERS
1. If your package contains excess merchandise or you have received an incorrect order, please contact customer service by email.
2. The email must contain the following information:
- A description of the goods shipped in error
- Your name
- Your mailing address
- The order number appearing on the shipping label
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please note, custom orders are non-refundable.
